Hey lovely people,

Here’s a video recording of tonight’s workout. I won’t be able to join tonight, but this should explain everything you need to know. I’ll write it all out below as well.

Keep an eye out for upcoming updates on zoom practices and group workouts. I am just finishing with group workouts and will have those out by tomorrow. I’ve grouped everyone who completed the survey based on what access you have to workout spaces and goals and created a 6 week training plan you can do in addition to zoom workouts. You’ll all be so swole! More details on this tomorrow!

Warm up:
7 Plank superman walks with or without pushup
5 Hollow body + hand stand kick up
7-10 burpees with leg mobility (with jump)

Do this 2 times with a 3 min rest in-between each set.

Workout:
9-15 Wall kicks (each side)
30-60 sec plank superman reaches
7-10 inverted rows
1 min side plank with leg mobility (each side)
5/6 wide arm pull up + 4/5 explosive pull ups OR 5/6 wide arm pushups + 4/5 explosive push ups

Complete this 3 times with a 5 min rest in-between sets.

Please stretch your bodies afterwards!!!!!! Just 5 min, your body will thank you.
